Dispatch Records
We are only able to provide dispatch records and do not have police report access. If you need a police report you will need to contact the law enforcement agency that took your report directly to obtain.
Ticketing System
All requests or comments are submitted using our ticketing system. After submission you will receive an email and kept up to date with the progress of your request.
Timeline
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing. Please verify you receive an email from us after your submission. If you do receive the email check your spam folder and make sure you allow that address so you receive all updates from your request.
